1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using AutoReveal (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and AutoReveal Ltd ("AutoReveal", "we", "us").

2. Permitted Use

• • You may use vehicle reports solely for your own personal or internal business purposes (e.g., verifying a vehicle before purchase).
• • You must not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or share any report data with third parties.
• • You must not use the data to build a competing service, database, or data product.
• • Automated scraping, crawling, or bulk downloading of data is strictly prohibited.
• • You must not use vehicle data for credit reference, insurance underwriting, or any purpose not disclosed on the Site.

3. End-User Licence (EULA)

The vehicle data retrieved through AutoReveal is licensed from DVLA, DVSA, and other data providers. By accessing a vehicle report you accept that:

• • Data is provided "as is" and may not be complete, accurate, or up-to-date.
• • You are granted a single-use, non-transferable licence to view the report for personal decision-making.
• • You may not copy, screenshot for publication, or distribute the report contents beyond your own use.
• • Full Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs), where present in underlying data, are not disclosed in line with DVLA licensing restrictions.

4. Credits & Payments

• • Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once a full report has been generated.
• • Free checks (basic vehicle data) do not consume credits.
• • If you retrieve a report you have previously viewed, no additional credit will be deducted.
• • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.

6. Intellectual Property

The AutoReveal platform, branding, and software are the intellectual property of AutoReveal Ltd. Underlying vehicle data remains the property of the respective data providers (DVLA, DVSA, OneAutoAPI Limited, and their licensors). Nothing in these terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you.

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorised access. AutoReveal reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of misuse or credential sharing.

8. Data Protection

AutoReveal processes your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. Vehicle searches submitted through the Service are processed as part of the service delivery and are not used for marketing without your consent.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• × Attempting to circumvent payment or credit systems
• × Using the Service to commit fraud or facilitate illegal activities
• × Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or scraping the platform
• × Impersonating other users or AutoReveal staff
• × Transmitting malware, viruses, or harmful code

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for breach of these Terms without notice. Unused credits at the time of termination for cause are non-refundable. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@elevate-fusion.com.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes by email.
